Important Camp Information
In addition to the physical lessons learned at Don Lane 's camp, youngsters live and work in a wholesome atmosphere – emphasizing the importance of good character, positive attitude and high moral values. The following is some important camp information:
Food – Excellent food is prepared by Lindsey Wilson's College 's professionally trained dining hall staff under the supervision of a dietician.
Housing – Campers live two or three to a room in air-conditioned University residence halls. Lane Basketball Camp's professional staff will supervise. Campers may select roommates at check-in. At that time, a $25.00 key deposit per camper will be required. The deposit will be returned when the key is returned upon check-out.
Medical – Camp has a well-equipped training room. The medical statement must be received by the first day of camp. No campers may participate without medical clearance.
Clothing/Equipment – Campers and staff need to bring ample supply of basketball clothes, towels, bed linens, pillow, and blanket.
Camp Store– A camp store is open throughout the day. Shirts, shorts, concession items and pizza are available for purchase.
Videotape – Each camper's shot will be videotaped and analyzed. Team games can also be taped upon request.
Staff – The camp staff is made up of college and high school coaches and varsity college players.
Team Play – Teams may play as a unit in all camp games.
